If you’re looking for a unique vacation opportunity, how about spending the night in the Mystery Machine?
Matthew Lillard, who played Shaggy in the live-action Scooby-Doo films, is renting out a recreation of the iconic van to fans to celebrate the film’s 20th anniversary.
And not only is it a unique stay in a piece of movie history, but since the film was released in 2002, it’s decked out in prime '00s decor like a lava lamp, portable CD player, and flower pillows!
Lillard will be hosting three individual one-night stays at the end of June.
Snagging the booking is going to be a little tricky because you have to be one of the first people to jump on the opportunity once it becomes available on Thursday, June 16 at 1 p.m. ET.
If you are able to secure a booking, you’ll be able to choose between a one-night stay on June 24, June 25, and June 26 for two guests.
Since the rental is available in honor of the film’s 20th anniversary, the stay will cost you $20! Isn’t that like totally awesome, man?!
The Airbnb is located on the Southern California coastline. If you’re not a California resident, you will have to book your own travel for this once-in-a-lifetime trip. In the event that your booking is canceled, Airbnb will refund you the $20 fee and allot $1,000 in Airbnb travel credit.

Not only does the glamping stay come with bragging rights, but you’ll be welcomed by a virtual greeting from Lillard himself!
“I can’t wait to welcome guests into the world of the Mystery Inc. gang as their Airbnb Host and give them a summer vacation they’ll never forget…monsters not included!” he explained via the press release.
While Scooby-Doo won’t be around, you will be able to test your detective skills by playing some whodunnit games on the groovy outdoor setup.

Scooby Snacks are a must—and you’ll be treated to an abundance of hot dogs and eggplant burgers!
Then top off the night by dressing up as your favorite character (costumes provided—just think about your Instagram photos!) to watch Scooby-Doo on a retro TV!
